Young Professionals of Odessa
Young Professionals of Odessa is a development program designed to create business opportunities, support community involvement, provide leadership education and promote an overall investment in Odessa's future for adults age 21-40.
Young Professionals of Odessa is a program of the Odessa Chamber of Commerce.
The program began in 2012 with a handful of enthusiastic young people. In 2016, The organization continues to grow with the support of the Odessa Chamber of Commerce, Odessa's business community and through the involvement of the Young Professionals of Odessa.
We Give Back!
Our members volunteer at local non-profit organizations & community events throughout the city. Young Professionals also encourages our members to join Boards and Committees for those organizations.
Leadership Development
We invest in our future leaders with leadership luncheons and esteemed lectures featuring local community leaders, business owners and community organizations.

Our members have been presented awards by various local organizations for their service and leadership.
